While packing for the first time in 18 years, I found something I wrote as a much younger woman about the necessity of discomfort. I still believe much of what I wrote. But life experience has added an asterisk.

We spend so much time preparing for success, but what happens when we actually get what we asked for? Sometimes the opportunity brings excitement, anxiety, change, and unexpected lessons. The key is showing up, staying grounded, and letting yourself grow through it all.
