Over the course of eight years, Crystal Marshall
mastered feats in fast-paced environments by supporting the legendary Louis Carr, President of Media Sales at BET. Excelling as the Chief of Staff/Lead Executive Assistant, Marshall carried a spirit of excellence, which she is excited to instill in your assistant no matter the industry.
She has been responsible for best-assisting talent at noteworthy events such as BET Awards, Soul Train Awards, book signings, Essence Festival, and The WayMaker Men's Summit annual conference. During her tenure, she also served as a Lead Editor and Talent Coordinator for the 100-page, quarterly magazine called WayMaker Journal.
